Privacy Policy

Controller and contact. SmartCart is operated by SoftFlow.cz. Privacy and support inquiries can be sent to hello@SoftFlow.cz.

Data SmartCart processes. SmartCart processes the shopping query, product requirements, budget, preferences, exclusions, ASINs, your selected shopping marketplace, and similar product-selection information that you intentionally provide. SmartCart does not infer a precise location from your network address for product recommendations. SmartCart does not ask for or require payment-card information, passwords, authentication secrets, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal data. SmartCart does not maintain its own user account, persistent shopping profile, or purchase history.

Purpose. This information is used only to search for physical products, compare candidates, rank results against the requirements you provide, generate SmartCart handoff links, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Recipients and service providers. Relevant product-search terms, selected marketplace, and constraints are sent to SerpApi to obtain product-search data. Vercel hosts SmartCart and may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, request path, timestamps, device/browser networking information, and operational logs needed to deliver and secure the service. If you choose to continue to Amazon, your browser makes a separate request to the chosen Amazon marketplace. Regional links may include a verified local Amazon Associates tracking tag when configured; the optional Amazon.com OneLink route contains the U.S. Associates tracking tag. If you email SoftFlow.cz for support or privacy help, your email provider and ours process the contents of that correspondence.

Retention. SmartCart does not intentionally store shopping queries, product constraints, recommendation results, or ASIN comparisons in an application database after the request is completed. Temporary in-memory processing lasts only as long as needed to produce the response. Hosting and security logs are retained by Vercel under the retention settings and terms applicable to the SoftFlow.cz account; SoftFlow.cz does not copy those logs into a separate long-term analytics database. Support and privacy correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or resolve an active dispute.

User controls. You can avoid providing personal information in shopping queries, and SmartCart is designed to work with product requirements rather than identity information. You can choose not to click any Amazon handoff link. To ask what support information SoftFlow.cz holds about you, request correction or deletion of support correspondence, or raise a privacy question, email hello@SoftFlow.cz. Requests may be retained when necessary to document compliance with a legal obligation.

International processing. The service providers used to operate SmartCart may process information in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is governed by their own contractual and privacy terms.

Children. SmartCart is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not intentionally create profiles of children.

Changes. This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Last updated: October 30, 2026.

These informational pages are hosted on SoftFlow.cz. The website hosting provider may process routine web-server access logs; the shopping backend is separately hosted on Vercel. For requests relating to either service, contact hello@SoftFlow.cz.
