Terms of Use

SmartCart is operated by SoftFlow.cz. Contact: hello@SoftFlow.cz.

SmartCart provides product-selection assistance for physical goods using the selected Amazon marketplace and requirements supplied by the user. A product ASIN may not exist or represent the same offer in another marketplace. SmartCart is not the seller, merchant, payment processor, shipper, or manufacturer of products shown.

Product availability, price, specifications, compatibility, currency, taxes, shipping, returns, and merchant terms can change by country. Users should verify critical details with Amazon or the relevant manufacturer before purchasing.

SmartCart participates in the Amazon Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Local marketplace links are tagged only when a matching regional Associates tag is configured. The optional Amazon.com OneLink route may provide regional redirection where supported, but product matching and attribution are not guaranteed. Affiliate compensation does not determine product ranking.

SmartCart does not complete purchases inside ChatGPT. Purchase transactions occur on the merchant's website and are governed by that merchant's terms and policies.
